Fred Horner
President/CEO

Fred is the current President of the Ohio Roofing Contractor’s Association (ORCA). He is currently part of the ORCA Safety, Insurance and Legislative Committee. He is on the NFIB Ohio’s Leadership Council and is the Past President and member of the Builders Exchange of Northeast Ohio. He formerly served as a member of the Midwest Roofing Contractors Associations (MRCA) Board of Directors and is now The Foundation President and CERTA/HAWT Taskforce Chair. Fred is also heavily involved within the Massillon Community. He is a Sideliner, Orangeman and Vice President of the Massillon Tiger Football Booster Club, a member of The Massillon Historical Preservation Committee, and the Massillon MDF. Last but not least, Fred is on the Legislative Committee for the Massillon WestStark Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Massillon and the FOE Eagles # 190. Fred has 50+ years of industrial and commercial roofing experience.
